**Your new role**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Assistant located in Tauranga. The Executive Sales Assistant will provide administrative support to the Key Account Managers.
- Manage and maintain Key Account sales projects. Communicate on progress, information required and due dates.
- Account sales analysis and review, looking at sales versus the budgets by Key account and by category. The issues or highlights to be outlined to the Key account management team.
- Preparing and filing customer sell out data. Our key customers supply us with their sell out data. The process varies between accounts but is to be compared to our data to get greater forecast accuracy and to review their SOH and ranging levels. We can format this information to get the required data.
- Maintain master file maintenance in ERP, customer detail and sku’s and the price file
- Being the office “Point of Contact” on sales questions or issues.
- Managing the CRM and working with the sales reps on campaigns.
- Managing the sales forecast system, we forecast by account and by sku. This is reviewed monthly and updated at month end.
- Providing and responding to key customer requests on behalf of the Key account team (Pricing, Samples, and Promotions). To be included on all KAM communications and to understand what stage projects or issues are at any time.
- Update the key account managers team by consolidating, and forwarding daily action summaries
- Working with Marketing on the creation of sales presentations where required. This is not the creation but helping to provide the content and to ensure they are as required.
- Look after all sales travel (air, accommodation, rentals, car expenses and servicing)
- Processing all GS1 barcode accreditation

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
