This position provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the General Manager, helping drive the success of the Community Care team. You'll also assist with key account support, reporting, and coordination to help the wider team stay aligned and focused.
Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and juggle multiple priorities will make you an invaluable part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Administration - Proactively provide the GM with information to support decision-making, assist in developing team culture and strategy, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate market meetings, manage tasks and follow-ups, and support forecasting and financial reporting.
- Key Accounts - Support the GM in maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, and prepare and distribute timely reports, documents, and presentations.
- Follow-Up Management - Maintain oversight of team tasks, follow up on deliverables, ensure timely execution of market and company strategies, and keep task platforms up to date.
- HR & Team Management - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes from start to finish.
- Team Contribution - Share new ideas and industry insights, collaborate with others to achieve team goals, deliver high-quality work, and actively participate in team and company activities.
- Health & Safety - Meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and complete all required Cubro training.
- ISO Compliance - Perform duties in line with Cubro's Quality Manual and ISO 9001 standards, and complete all required training.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent customer service/sales support experience.
- Strong initiative and the ability to problem solve
- Friendly and confident
