As we expand our breeding, racing, and investment operations — we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence, brand storytelling, and investor-facing communication. Employment: Full-time Location: Auckland (North Shore)Reports to: CEO & Marketing Director Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital & Social Media Management Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform content across: Instagram, Facebook, We Chat, Xiaohongshu, Linked In, You Tube Maintain content calendar aligned with racing events, bloodstock milestones, and investor updates. Grow audience engagement and strengthen the brand identity of Pegasus Bloodstock. 2. Content Creation Capture and edit high-quality photos & videos (including farm operations, horses, auction footage, events). Produce storytelling-driven posts suitable for both Western and Asian markets. Manage post-production, reels/short videos, graphics, and layout design. 4. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Development Build integrated marketing campaigns for:           o Yearling sales          o Stallion promotions          o Broodmare acquisitions          o International investor roadshows Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials. 5. Event Support (Local & International) Support coverage of racing days, investor events, stud visits, auctions, and overseas activations. Produce live content, instant upload, and event recaps. Requirements: Essential 2–5 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management Strong creative skills: photography, videography, editing Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Suite / Cap Cut Strong writing skills (English) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency Comfortable working occasionally around horses (training provided) Preferred (Not Required) Understanding of the horse racing / bloodstock industry Chinese language skills (We Chat / Xiaohongshu content) Experience in premium or luxury brand marketing Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Work with a premium international brand Opportunities to travel domestically & overseas for major racing events A dynamic and supportive team culture Exposure to world-class breeding and racing operations A chance to grow with one of NZ’s fastest-emerging equine investment groups
