**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

We have a fantastic permanent role for a Marketing Specialist - Digital & Direct, to join our Marketing and Integrated Campaigns Team. The role works alongside Marketing Managers and other key stakeholders to develop and execute activities that build a long-term relationship with AT, driving engagement, advocacy and patronage of public transport.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing direct and digital campaigns, aligned to the marketing strategy, communication platforms and business objectives.
- Build understanding of the full range of transport network developments, products and services through AT's direct channels.
- Delivering innovative, personalised marketing offers and communications via AT's digital, direct and owned channels
- Work with the Media Partnership team to leverage their commercial partnerships where AT offers current customers benefits based on their travel usage.

**Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?**

To hit the ground running as our successful Marketing Specialist, you will already have several years' experience in Digital or Direct Marketing. You will also have:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related discipline
- Proficiency in digital and direct marketing communication methodologies with demonstrated capability in delivering outcomes through digital and direct channels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Awareness and understanding of different cultural diversities.
- Ability to present strategies and plans to senior stakeholders and/or executive leadership
