As a Senior Advisor working across the region, you will be part of an agile and dynamic team promoting the Ministry's work programmes across communities. There will be a will focus on connecting with our Pacific communities to initiate projects through strong relationships with agencies and stakeholders.You will need to bring an understanding of policy development, and how policy outcomes can be implemented through partnered funding relationships. Working with Pacific People through our providers to ensure management of services is delivered.What you'll bring
- A great network of community groups, agencies and stakeholders that support enablement of advice that brings innovation, cultural knowledge, and expertise to life through gathering the right information.
- Project management, relationship management and strong engagement skills that support Pacific People in getting involved in influencing social policy.
- Influencing skills and an ability to enhance Pacific community conversations and engagement through partnership to ensure the right investment has an impact to our communities.
