Salesforce Administrator (Marketing Cloud) - Perm - Auckland Central - Up to $110k

**Your new role**

In this Salesforce Administration role you will support, collaborate, and work alongside the Marketing Automation Manager and Specialist. You will manage the administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), working with the wider digital marketing team, IT and external support vendors, to maximise the company's investment in the platform. Your main focus areas will be process, maintenance, monitoring, data, SFMC administration as well as implementation. You will be required to do the following:

- Act as a decision-maker and liaison between Digital Marketing, IT and Salesforce agency support partner to deliver technical solutions for SFMC modules
- Advocate for SFMC feature sets and functionalities and be SME on the latest offerings and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem while maintaining a technical roadmap
- Support the organisations Martech delivery function to deliver projects and enhancements for Digital Marketing
- Work with IT to monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the API or batch file integrations
- Define and run process for testing and launching new builds (e.g., automations, triggered sends, new features)
- Create and run operations checklists for the maintenance of automations, journeys, and triggered comms
- Execute SFMC administration functions to maintain best practice including account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and other routine tasks. Support fixes when anomalies are present
- Work with Data & Analytics & Lotto IT on data model requirements for both batch and API data sources. As well as data governance and management to keep SFMC data clean

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A solid understanding of marketing and specifically marketing automation
- Ideally a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation platforms, if not then strong knowledge on other Salesforce Products or other Marketing automation platforms
- A pro-active self-starter
- An experienced stakeholder manager
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Logical thinker with solid problem-solving skills
