**As a Salesforce Platform Engineer, you will be part of a small internal Salesforce team tasked with providing support to existing salesforces. You will form part of the team focussed on establishing a sustainable Salesforce Platform operating, governance and delivery models which will deliver value whilst maintaining operational efficiency.**

**About us**:
You will support and enhance a complex, growing platform with multiple apps, delivering transparent, integrated and fit-for-purpose change continuously across ACC.

**About your technical skills**:

- Previously experience in core salesforce products including platform, sales, service and experience cloud
- Deep understanding of using declarative methods for achieve outcomes with strong skills in Flow, Process Builder, Workflow, Reports and Dashboards.
- Salesforce Integration using declarative integration methods such as Outbound messages, external services, and apex actions
- Understanding of modern development techniques & DevOps frameworks such as Flow, DevOps, Unit testing and CI/CD experience
- Hands-on experience on custom development using Apex and Lightning components (applicable for technical consultants)
- Experience on integration between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP, REST API and third party ETL tools. (nice to have)
- Understanding of Marketing cloud, Omni Studio, Salesforce DX and Scratch orgs would be an advantage

**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:

- Provide support activities including day to day administration, appropriate checks (health, security etc), trouble shootings and maintenance of the existing Salesforce platform including quarterly roll-out release assessments and rollouts
- Support the continued build out of key reports and dashboards, data administration and integrity Create and maintain relevant technical design / support documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and demonstrate the ability to drive the successful resolution of incidents, problems, and business implementation issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Environment and Platform Management practices and standards to support ACC change delivery and support activities (in conjunction with ACC’s architecture teams).
- Represent the Salesforce Core Platform team to enable us to improve engagement and communication between key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate the ability to engage in all Salesforce work both within the Platform team and within ART’s and projects across the business.
- Articulate and communicate the Salesforce Platform team’s vision to ensure that ACC gets the maximum benefit from Salesforce.
