80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE)

There is an opportunity for Resuscitation Training Officer to lead the design and delivery of training programmes in resuscitation practices to all health professionals across the Te Whata Ora Te Matau a Maui (Hawkes Bay) health sector. You will build strong relationships with all stakeholders and provide strategic direction and expert advice in relation to resuscitation.

You will be someone who is recognised as a clinical leader with varied and comprehensive resuscitation experience, including significant recent clinical experience. You will have high quality adult teaching skills, with the ability to adapt your teaching style to accommodate all learning preferences.

We want someone with proven clinical knowledge and recent experience of resuscitation and excellence in care delivery. Knowledge of clinical governance requirements and risk management applied to resuscitation is also essential.

You will need current registration in New Zealand as a Healthcare Professional with annual practicing certificate together with qualification as a New Zealand Resuscitation Council (NZRC) instructor.
