About this role

This role is part of the OMG Digital Operations team. The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for executing implementation, ensuring quality assurance, understanding best practices, managing, the delivery of digital advertising campaigns, and analysing successful digital advertising campaigns. Be a key member of the Operations team; responsible for the effective execution of all digital campaigns across Omnicom Media Group's varied client portfolio. The role includes campaign creation, creative testing & troubleshooting, ad-trafficking, campaign implementation and campaign optimisation; with additional exposure to tagging and trafficking of Search and Social campaigns and Dynamic Creative Optimisations/Management. You will also play a crucial role in supporting data operations and BI setup and analytics across all earned, owned & paid digital media channels. Working as part of the Digital Operations team and alongside the wider digital teams covering Digital, Social, Programmatic, Technology and Analytics; your role will see you liaise with various parties within the digital spectrum; digital account managers, creative agencies, digital publishers, platform specialists, whilst maintaining continued collaboration with your colleagues to ensure best practices are observed.

Skills and Experience
- Ideally, 2+ years within digital, media and advertising agencies or marketing technology businesses, with an emphasis on managing digital media campaigns
- Good knowledge of ad serving and digital delivery systems such as Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager), Sizmek (Amazon), Flashtalking and Innovid
- Understanding of various 3rd or 4th party technology and ad verification platforms (Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Good analytical skills, solid logical reasoning, strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate Excel skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar knowledge of JavaScript, iFrame and HTML would be an advantage; and troubleshooting technical issues
