**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Run PPC campaigns. 80% Paid Search and 20% Paid Social (It is desirable to have experience in Paid Social, but if not a a strong desire to learn is essential).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop effective strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copies, and optimise landing pages to maximise conversions and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, successfully managing PPC campaigns.
- Proven experience of Google Ads (full spectrum), and some exposure to Meta Ads/active desire to learn
- Bonus: Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
