Ventia is seeking a Store Person with strong warehouse management experience to support our contract with WEL Network, managing inventories for all materials, equipment, and assets. This role plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and availability of assets for our construction and maintenance crews.

**Duties**
- Ensure inventory records are accurate, up to date and kept at optimal levels.
- Create, issue and receipt purchase orders to preferred suppliers to meet replenishment requirements.
- Utilisation of SAP to allocate/issue part for Purchase orders.
- Conduct Inventory Safety level checks
- Scheduling and prioritising goods receiving from local and overseas suppliers for all deliveries, reporting and communicating damages, short shipments, and oversupply
- Timely preparation and issuing of maintenance kits, including preventative and corrective maintenance as well as programmed and Capital works
- Unload, receive (electronically/physically) and store stock or materials.

**About You**
You’re the person who knows where everything is, always You are a skilled multitasker and can be the central hub of a well spinning wheel.
- Prior Store Person experience with exposure to construction/maintenance projects preferred
- Experience using Stores and maintenance managements systems such as SAP
- Possess computer skills particularly in MS office Software
- Forklift licence required
