We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic **Team Leader** to join our hospitality **(Alps Bar & Pizza)** team in a part-time role **(25-30 hours per week)** at **Christchurch Airport. **Anyone with experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality/ retail environment with the flexibility to do morning shifts starting as early as **4 am** is welcome to apply

Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.

**About you**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- Have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results
- Ensure tasks are performed according to standards and procedures
- Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency
- Experience leading and mentoring a retail team
