We have multiple permanent part-time roles with a range of start and finish times So there is something for everyone to choose from The available shifts are as below:

- Sunday & Monday 12.00 pm - 8.30 pm
- Tuesday - Saturday 6.00 am - 12.00 pm
- Friday - Monday 3.30 pm - 9.30 pm
- Sunday - Tuesday 4.00am - 10.00am

Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.

**About you**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- Have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results
- Ensure tasks are performed according to standards and procedures
- Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency
- Experience leading and mentoring a retail team
- Understand food safety and hygiene standards
- Duty Manager and LCQ License required for this role

As we operate in a dynamic airport location our stores operate to meet our customers' needs. With this in mind, you would be expected to be reasonably flexible with your availability to work outside of normal business hours if required.
