**Help Drive Digital Transformation at Christchurch Airport**

Christchurch Airport is on a journey to harness digital solutions that enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and drive commercial success. We’re looking for a **Digital Transformation Lead** to play a key role in delivering impactful digital projects and enabling business units to make the most of new technologies.

You’ll work with the **Digital Transformation team**, helping shape and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals. You’ll be a trusted expert, influencing change and ensuring digital solutions deliver real business value.

**What You’ll Do**

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, you will:

- ** Drive and support** digital transformation projects that bring tangible value
- ** Bridge the gap** between business needs and technology, helping stakeholders navigate digital change
- ** Collaborate across teams**, working closely with IT, BI, and Commercial functions on initiatives
- ** Champion digital innovation**, advocating for data-driven decision-making and process improvement
- ** Adapt and problem-solve**, tackling complex and ambiguous challenges in the changing aviation environment
- ** Engage with stakeholders**, translating technical concepts into meaningful business conversations

**What You Bring**
- A relevant degree in Technology, Innovation, or Change Management (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or business change
- Hands-on experience with data, analytics, and enterprise systems
- Experience working with third-party technology providers and internal teams to deliver results
