**About the role**:
As one of two Portfolio and Partner Leads, you will play a key part in our growing Commercial team, ensuring our commercial portfolio performs at its best, with real scope to impact change. You will:

- Lead initiatives to optimise the revenue delivery of our commercial trading partners within the airport terminal.
- Design and implement commercial strategies that boost revenue, increase passenger spend, and enhance customer experience.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions.
- Help shape the way and set direction on how to move the portfolio forward, introducing and shaping a strong trading culture
- Engage with senior leaders and executives from our partner entities, overseeing performance, contractual, and financial matters.
- Collaborate closely with finance and legal teams to drive revenue performance and maintain accountability.
- Oversee contract compliance, renewals and financial reporting across your portfolio.

**About You**:
You are an up and coming commercial leader with a proven track record in driving performance and building strong relationships in large-scale commercial, retail environments. Your high commercial acumen and ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders will be crucial in this role. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A proactive, results-driven approach, typically operating best at pace.
- Experience in retail sales leadership.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a commercial setting.
- Proven ability and strong communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating well across teams.
