Te Reo Tātaki (TVNZ) is transforming our business to remain relevant and viable in an increasingly competitive sector where viewers are increasingly consuming their content on digital platforms.

**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

These roles are responsible for coaching and guiding Business Leaders through the transformation, supporting initiative development and execution and supporting capability building and driving cultural change. The transformation coaches will have one or two key workstreams to manage and report on in co-ordination with the Workstream lead and sponsor. This is from the bottom-up-planning phase (situation diagnostic, analytical problem-solving, creating initiatives business cases) into execution. You will be a change agent capable of challenging the status quo and driving for commercial outcomes. Part sports coach, psychologist, producer and project manager you will be key to delivering TVNZ's transformation.

**What we're looking for - Tā mātou e kimi nei**

We're looking for experienced transformation coaches who have success in driving company-wide change programmes and transformation. You are likely to have programme/ project management / production experience, possibly some executive coaching or sports team coaching, you are familiar with agile methodologies, great with deadlines and are commercially savvy.

We have a month to set up the team before going live on our Bottom-Up Planning phase so we need someone who can come up to speed quickly. This is not a role for a first timer.

You will be working with the executive team and senior managers so will need to have a track record in great stakeholder engagement, influencing positive change and taking people on the journey with you in a way that builds capability (rather than a prescriptive/directive approach).

We want people who are comfortable challenging the status quo, are commercial in their approach and can easily identify what adds value and what does not. What we stop doing will be equally as important as what we start.
