We're looking for an experienced Operations Transformation Consultant to join our high-performing Operations division. **Mo te tūranga | About the role**: This pivotal role will initially focus on the expansion of workforce management across Enterprise Operations, helping us better manage the work we do and transform Operations strategic value. As a senior transformation consultant, you may also lead initiatives that improve how we work across our operations. From reimagining operating models to embedding continuous improvement practices, you'll help transform how our workforce delivers for customers every day. Your responsibilities will include: - Coach leaders in operational excellence, workforce management methodologies, frameworks and standards - Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk outcomes. - Drive innovation and digital enablement across workforce processes. - Design and implement sustainable solutions that embed change into business-as-usual. - Influence stakeholders at all levels to champion best practices and embrace transformation. - Play a key role in managing operational risks and compliance through robust planning and controls. - Deliver clear and compelling reporting to enable data-led decision-making. - Lead the design and delivery of capability uplift initiatives across our Operations teams. **Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?** - 8+ years' experience in Operations within banking, financial services, or a shared services environment. - Strong workforce management experience, preferably with ActiveOps Management (AOM) - A strong track record of leading transformation or workforce management initiatives with measurable outcomes. - Expertise in change management, lean six sigma, agile, or human-centred design. - Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders from frontline to executive. - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. - A growth mindset with a passion for challenging norms and improving how we work. - Possess strong data analytical skills and proficiency in numerical analysis - Preferably a degree in business, operations, or a related field. **Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB** ASB is grounded in our values (caring, integrity, passion, courage and united).
