**Korero mo te turanga - About the role**

As an Agility Coach at NZ Post, you'll help our operational business unit become more adaptive and responsive to change-embedding ways of working that fit our context and deliver real results.

You'll do this by:

- Educating stakeholders to create stronger alignment between teams and business functions
- Coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, senior leaders, and some of our executive team to improve delivery practices and performance
- Leading organisational health assessments and identifying targeted improvement opportunities
- Facilitating workshops and retrospectives to remove barriers and build better ways of working
- Helping establish shared metrics to foster consistency, collaboration, and performance
- Creating transparency and supporting the removal of systemic impediments

**Mou - About you**

You've worked closely with senior leadership teams, guiding them through change while tailoring your coaching to suit the realities of the business.

You'll also bring:

- Proven experience coaching at senior leadership and executive levels
- Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, down-to-earth style that makes you approachable and trusted
- Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager
- Professional Agile certifications (e.g. CSP, PSM, Certified Agile Coach) are a plus, but not essential
