Our Agile Coaches are a dedicated, passionate bunch of people - highly experienced in agility and skilled in the art of cultivating an agile mindset. Fiercely guarding their post-it’s and sharpies, they make a fun team - their energy and enthusiasm is totally contagious.

We are on the hunt for a seasoned coach with transformation experience at scale. You will be supporting our Woolworths NZ Food Co business in addition to supporting our Fresh Products teams in -embedding agile and supporting them on their journey. We are looking for someone that can take a holistic approach and work with leaders to implement pragmatic agile ways of working in a way that works best for our business.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Our Agile practice supports teams across Woolworths NZ, we have a dedicated team of Coaches and ATFs supporting us as we continue our transition to Agile ways of working across the business.

In this context and with a lot of the groundwork in place, we are needing a strong Coach to support the next phase of our journey. As you progress, you will build strong relationships with the support of the Agile practice and be responsible for embedding Agile at a Practice, Chapter and Tribe level as appropriate in the Fresh and Foodco business area.

We offer our coaches tons of opportunities to pursue different development goals and immerse themselves in a wide range of business contexts; from software product development, consumer product development, finance and governance to strategy and transformation. Our small but mighty team of Auckland based coaches forged our agile practice over the last 3 years with our partners across the Countdown NZ business and our affiliated community of agile practitioners over the ditch at Woolworths Australia.

We continue to build our team culture around self organisation, discovery, exploration and learning, going where the value leads us and striving for real customer and business impact.

**About You | Mōu
You will be a seasoned Agile coach, ideally with experience working at scale within a larger organisation or from a consulting background. You will have transformation experience and have introduced Agile to non technical teams with experience across multiple frameworks that enables you to leverage what makes pragmatic sense.

You will love the work you do and seeing the impact that Agile and Lean can have on an organisation and enjoy being a part of that success.
