As the first point of contact representing the Office of the CEO, your professional demeanour will inspire trust and confidence, while your down-to-earth approach will enable you to build effective working relationships at all levels of our lively and dynamic organisation.
**Key functions will include**:
- Preparation of agendas & documentation for Board meetings, minute taking & action tracking
- Drafting & distribution of communications on behalf of the CEO/COO
- Coordination & planning for functions, events & conferences including travel & accommodation arrangements
- Collaboration & advice towards the ongoing improvement of processes & systems
- Previous experience as an EA to a senior executive in a complex organisation
- Advanced Level MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Working knowledge of content management systems, CRM, Google Docs etc.
- Highly tuned organisational skills, attention to detail and effiecient time management
- Knowledge of, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Privacy, Confidentiality, Health & Safety, and other codes of conduct.
