**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high performing team on a permanent full-time basis, looking after our Christchurch customers. You will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel across Pak n Save, New World, Four Square, Countdown and Fresh Choice stores.

**The Accountabilities**:

- Lead, inspire and drive results through a team of merchandisers
- Commercial Customer Management, Selling & Negotiation
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Management of your merchandiser and trade spend budgets
- Strong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service model
- Strict adherence to provided OSH guidelines
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your territory

- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
- Superior customer focus challenging the status quo
- Excellent skills in planning and organising
- The ability to interpret data
- Experience managing a small team
- Microsoft Excel or SAP experience is desirable
- Your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game
