We are seeking a dynamic and strategic lead to establish and manage our Network **Transformation Office**team, driving AI-powered transformation within our Network Service Operations team. This role will oversee the implementation of governance frameworks, partner collaboration, and execution of strategic priorities to ensure the successful deployment of **Transformation initiatives - leveraging AI and automation** to enhance operational efficiency, improve sustainability and deliver cost savings.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Transformation Governance & Strategy**
- Develop and implement a **Transformation Governance Framework** to oversee AI-driven automation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between **Transformation use cases** and business outcomes, driving measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Establish **risk management and compliance** protocols for AI-driven automation in service operations.
- Define **KPIs and success metrics** to track the impact of AI-driven transformation initiatives.

**Partner & Stakeholder Management**
- Support engagement with **key technology partners** providing AI and automation expertise.
- Collaborate with **internal teams** (Operations, IT, Data Science, and Finance) to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven solutions.
- Manage relevant **vendor relationships**, ensuring accountability and alignment with transformation goals.
- Facilitate executive-level reporting and decision-making on AI-driven transformation initiatives.

**Network Transformation Use Case Development & Implementation**
- Oversee the identification, validation, and prioritization of **Network Transformation use cases** for service operations automation. Ensure robust **change management** processes to support AI adoption across operational teams.
- Drive **continuous improvement** by monitoring delivery cadence and return on investment.
- Work closely with **data and engineering teams** to ensure and approve data readiness for AI deployment.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **10+ years** of experience in **technology governance, transformation leadership, or AI-driven automation** within a telecommunications or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of **LLMs, AI automation, and digital transformation** in service operations.
- Proven track record in **partner management**, vendor governance, and strategic collaboration.
- Experience in program-level governance with proven ability to identify, define, prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives with clearly defined and demonstrable benefits
- Experience in **cost optimization and operational efficiency** through AI-driven solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to **influence and drive change** across complex organizations.
- Knowledge of **regulatory and compliance considerations** for AI in telecom operations.
