**What you'll do**:
Some of the key responsibilities are:

- Lead the Commodity Risk Team's input into major technology transformation programmes.
- Act as superuser for the ETRMS (Energy Trading Risk Management System) project and trade clearing improvements.
- Define business requirements, test plans, and training for new systems.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Support Middle Office operations including trade support, data reconciliation, and reporting.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in trading-related front or middle office roles and technology transformation.
- Tertiary qualification in finance, science, or similar quantitative discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a critical eye for design and compliance.
- High technical proficiency and systems design knowledge.
- Experience in energy or commodity markets and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
