**Customer Operations Specialist** - Growth begins here**

**THE ROLE**
At Skills it's our goal to grow people well, so as a Customer Operations Specialist you'll:

- Onboard and enrol trainees ensuring each trainee is setup correctly and is sent the necessary information as part of their qualification journey
- Proactively keep our customers and relevant internal teams updated and informed on any changes that may affect them
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries in a timely manner, taking ownership of issues that may arise and ensuring successful resolutions together with quality assurance requirements of the business is met
- Ensure all information is entered accurately into our systems and all processes are adhered to and complied with.
**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and phone based
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys learning new things, flexible to changes and would like to be part of a supportive team.
