Tauranga South, New Zealand Trimax Mowing Systems Full time

Join a Global Leader in Commercial Mowing Innovation

Trimax Mowing Systems is a rapidly growing New Zealand company and a globally recognised leader in commercial mowing equipment. For over 40 years, we've proudly designed, manufactured, and distributed world-class mowing systems built on innovation, reliability, and exceptional performance. With operations across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the USA, our commitment to excellence and a customer-first approach have made Trimax a trusted name worldwide.

As we continue to grow our digital and aftersales capabilities, we're looking for a driven Aftersales E-Commerce Specialist to take ownership of our online parts business — ensuring customers experience the same Trimax quality online as they do in the field.

Your Role

The Aftersales E-Commerce Specialist drives the growth of Trimax's digital parts business by managing the commercial performance and daily operations of our webshop. You'll ensure customers can easily find, understand, and purchase genuine Trimax parts online — while collaborating closely with Aftersales, Marketing, and Systems teams to optimise data accuracy, logistics, and customer experience.

This role blends commercial ownership of e-commerce with coordination and insight — guiding the work of internal web and data specialists to deliver a seamless, scalable digital platform for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Webshop Operations & Conversion
  • Manage daily webshop operations, including item listing standards and process, promotion planning, and customer experience.
  • Recommend navigation, search, and checkout improvements to drive conversion and sales growth.
  • Analyse sales data and behavior to organize enhancements that increase online revenue.
Campaigns, Promotions & Visibility
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and bundled product offers.
  • Align online activity with seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches across various markets.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager on digital advertising, PPC, SEO, and content optimisation.
Product Listings, Packaging & Content
  • Maintain accurate, engaging product listings with optimised descriptions and imagery, prioritizing highest selling items.
  • Lead collateral, packaging and kitting initiatives that improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure product data and technical information are accurate and customer-focused.
Freight, Inventory & Data Collaboration
  • Work with Trimax Data Specialists to maintain automation and ERP synchronisation.
  • Improve freight, delivery, and stock visibility across the webshop.
  • Verify data quality and coordinate fixes where needed.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Track webshop performance, customer behaviour, and campaign results.
  • Partner with the Sales & Service Operations Specialist to build dashboards and identify actionable insights and lead local market discussions with Parts and Aftersales Managers.
  • Research trends and contribute to UX testing and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Aftersales, Engineering, and Finance teams to align pricing, content, and strategy.
  • Train regional teams to support digital sales and e-commerce processes.
About You
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or digital sales environments (3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of online merchandising and conversion optimisation.
  • Confidence using analytics to drive improvements in performance and customer experience.
  • Experience with ERP-connected e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify, D365).
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continual improvement.
  • Experience in manufacturing, parts, or mechanical industries will be an advantage.
Why Trimax

At Trimax, we don't just build mowers — we build lasting partnerships and pride ourselves on engineering excellence. You'll be joining a dynamic, supportive, global team where innovation, collaboration, and personal growth are encouraged. This is a full-time role based in our Tauranga office, with opportunities to work closely with and array of teams to make a visible impact on our digital transformation.
