We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Claims Team as Motor Assessing Coordinator. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of motor claims experience and understanding of the end-to-end claims process. You'll have proven experience in management of reporting, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to ensure a positive customer experience.
**Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for**:
- Reviewing all new assessments received;
- Understanding the complexity of the claim assessments received and identify the best assessor to appoint;
- Managing the incoming workflow for the Light Transport assessments.
