**He angitūtanga | The opportunity**

We have three opportunities available.

The purpose of this position is to contribute to the successful digital assessing of MAS Members motor vehicle claims, working with suppliers to manage the repair of motor vehicles and managing costs to ensure that repair costs are controlled by following a robust and fair process. You will also agree on valuations for total loss vehicles at the same time as reducing claims life cycles.

**He kōrero mōu | Key attributes we are looking for**
- Proven experience as a Motor Assessor or in a similar role within the insurance industry
- Relevant qualifications in motor assessing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of motor vehicle repair processes and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using assessment software and other relevant technology
