**The Ro**le**

In the role of Specialist Motor Assessing Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the success of our Motor Assessing and Claims teams by providing administrative assistance and improving the repair journey for our Customers, Repairers and Assessors.

This role works closely with our Motor Assessing leadership team and other key stakeholders to support operational delivery aligned with IAG’s motor strategy and daily operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help resolve repairer issues across Motor Vehicle assessing.
- Manage a dedicated Repairer and Assessing staff hunt group.
- Provide the first point of assistance including issue identification and resolution for internal and external users of Motor Assessing systems and processes.
- Work with our customers, repairers, and claims teams to reduce the volume of pending claims.
- Provide regular reporting to the Motor Assessing Leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Review the Repairer Feedback Register and identify trends of concern and escalate unactioned items.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge of motor claims management and motor assessing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including utilization of multimedia platforms
- Understanding of motor claims processes
- Planning and prioritizing workflow
- Customer and stakeholder experience
