We are looking for an exceptional Submission Writer with great energy and drive, to join our high-performing pre-contracts team and contribute to our great momentum in the bid space.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Submissions Lead and Proposal Manager, the Submissions Writer is responsible for end-to-end bid delivery, including market/sector analysis, win theme development, and writing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for managing and producing compliant, structured and succinct tender responses.
- Ability to write clear, concise, compelling and persuasive bid content in ‘one voice’.
- Develop high-quality presentations and support materials for tender interactives and workshops.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop win themes / key messages that are clearly articulated throughout the document.

**About You**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to communicate with technically focused engineers and translate important information into plain English.
- Ability to quickly gather accurate and relevant proposal information from stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and able to take ownership and close out actions on time with a cheerful “can-do” attitude.
- A great communicator with strong people skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly and influence at all levels.
- Can work to tight and demanding deadlines without a decline in quality of work
