- As part of the IMI transformation, we have newly crafted Senior Product Manager role. This role is responsible for leading the strategy for the brand/portfolio with strong cross functional collaboration to ensure excellence in execution. This role based location is flexible within New Zealand.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Strategic attitude and ability to work closely with cross functional team to ensure excellence in execution
- Ensure robust execution of the marketing plans across multiple channels aligned with clinician preference
- Develops and grows key external relationships across the TA
- Responsible for P&L ensuring robust use of the allocated spend with clear prioritisation
- You will act as a positive change agent who proactively disseminates appropriate information to stakeholders and the cross functional team

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 5 years in pharma industry including 3+ years marketing experience
- Leader with vision in strategic marketing, customer centricity and healthcare systems
- Knowledge of the Medicines New Zealand Code of Practice
- Experience of translating business needs into strategies and solutions that find mutually beneficial outcomes. Track record in inspiring, curious and unbossed leadership
- Ability to work cross functionally within a matrix organisation. Role models new ways of working (Agility principles & attitude)
- Experience in different therapy areas
- Experience in a matrix environment
- Experience demonstrating an innovative attitude
