At SAL, We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Development Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute significantly to the evolution of autonomous driving technology. In this role, you will engage with AI-driven safety solutions, collaborating closely with our development team to enhance and refine products that prioritise road safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and interpret data using tools such as **Power BI** to inform product decisions and enhance solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment between product development, technical specifications, and market needs, with a focus on lane detection, vehicle perception, and navigation algorithms.
- Conduct thorough product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements for future iterations.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders, articulating complex technical concepts with clarity and precision.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in AI and autonomous technology to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
- Utilise CRM tools to facilitate efficient data tracking, project management, and reporting, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, particularly **Power BI**.
- Familiarity with **Scrum** and **Agile methodologies**, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to iterative development processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically in fast-paced environments.
