**The role**

As Senior Product Development Technologist you will join small but talented technical teams who are immersed in the delivery of new and improved existing products from concept to commercial reality.

You will use your leadership capability take full project responsibility and play a key role in enabling and leading products to successful market release.

You will use skills in
- Innovation planning and concept development
- Formulations
- Technical troubleshooting and production support
- Product renovation, cost reduction and quality improvement
- Working with suppliers re product selection & validation and supplier assurance.

You will work with a wide range of team members across technical, production and marketing and share the success of the whole business.

**Skills and Experience**

Attributes and experience typically required include:

- A passion for eating and developing good food
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Technology, Food Science or equivalent)
- Practical and innovative product development experience working within food manufacturing GMP environments
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills, high energy levels and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Entrepreneurial and innovative in your approach
- An energetic self-starter and a team player with a great sense of humour.
