The opportunity
As a Customer Technical Advisor you will provide day-to-day technical and operational support to the Customer Planning Engineer. This includes supporting operational responses, planned works, customer liaison and working with operational field crews to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of three waters services.
About you

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- have a NZCE/Diploma in Engineering/Degree qualification (Civil, Mech, Elect) or other suitable trade qualification
- hold a full NZ Class 1 driver's licence
- have strong computer literacy, with specific experience with computer-based maintenance and asset management systems
- have emergency and incident response experience
- be able to interpret engineering drawings including network plans
- have demonstrated experience in customer service and relationship management.

About our team
The Customer Technical Advisor sits within the Customer Planning team of the Customer Operations Group (COG). The Customer Planning team is responsible for the development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Programs, providing technical assistance for Reactive Renewals, and providing technical advice across the wider organisation for the three waters services of the client councils.
