**Drainage/Sewerage/Stormwater Labourers required all throughout Wellington region including Kapiti Coast**

Our business at OneStaff Limited is growing, and we are looking for Experienced Drainage/Sewerage/Stormwater Labourers** **for multiple roles These roles require organized and trustworthy individuals. Quality workmanship is a must and something that you pride yourself on. You will need to be reliable and motivated. You might be asked to work across the country to assist with our projects, so flexibility on work locations is preferred.

The normal duties to be performed comprise all activities related to performing routine tasks in maintaining drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems including but not limited to:
Duties include:

- Cleans and carries out minor repairs on stormwater drains and canals
- Digs holes and shovels excavated material onto conveyors, wheelbarrows and trucks for removal.
- Cutting, joining and laying of pipe.
- Operating machineries needed to perform the tasks.
- Setting up materials/tools needed for the job.
- Assisting in installing stormwater & sanitary sewer pipework, valves and manhole covers.
- General trenching and pipework
- Maintenance of any issues by cleaning & carry out minor repairs on stormwater drains and canals.
- Check for cracks and leaks in sewerage system.
- Maintain health and safety requirements.
- All other duties as assigned.

Skills and experience required:

- 3+ years relevant experience OR relevant qualification
- Friendly, with good time management, and excellent work ethic are essential
- A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry
- Good understanding of Health and Safety best practice
- Reliable and hardworking

**Pay conditions Min $26.69 per hour to a maximum of $30.00 per hour**

Hours of work-Minimum of 30 hours of work is guaranteed.

Location: You may be required to work in multiple locations throughout New Zealand, including Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Gisborne, Whanganui-Manawatu including Horowhenua, Wellington including the Kapiti Coast, Marlborough, Nelson-Tasman, Canterbury.
