- As a Train Service Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our train operations, ensuring the entire network runs smoothly. No day is ever the same. You'll oversee real-time train movements, manage unexpected time critical incidents, and coordinate with various teams to maintain seamless service to the people of Wellington. - Oversee the network to detect and respond to network disruptions in real-time.
- Coordinate daily crewing to ensure the right crew are assigned to the right trains
- Authorise train departures at stations to ensure safe and timely journeys.
- Assisting with the management of buses at Wellington station.

- Strong ability to influence others
- Willingness to work shift hours on a 24/7 rostered schedule.
- Proficient in evaluating current practices and implementing necessary changes or corrective actions.
