**About The Role**

Provide key coordination and administration support to our wider Academic Services team, while liaising with internal staff members, externals providers, assessors, TEC and NZQA Tertiary Records to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Process results and certificates
- Support programme setup and Industry Training Register (ITR) functions
- Maintain and manage CRM master data in a timely manner
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Provide administrative, resource and project support as required to the wider team
- Assist with setting up, testing, maintenance of projects and developments
- Creation and maintenance of team process/policy documentation

This is a permanent full-time position based in our National office in Wellington Central.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in administration and customer service
- Sound experience with Microsoft 365, including data entry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Broad and insightful thinking to see “the big picture”
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with pride and responsibility in your outcomes
- Excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills

Knowledge about the education sector is advantageous, but this can be learned on the job with the right attitude.
