The AA Driving School team are a small business unit, operating under the broader AA umbrella. As such we enjoy the flexibility of a small business with the back-office support benefits for a much larger organisation.

**About the role**
As the training coordinator, you will support the day-to-day administration and operational tasks for the AA Driving school. Working within a diverse and often fast paced team environment, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks from managing key business-to-business training courses, the Instructor Endorsement Course ("I"-Course), and any ad-hoc training engagements a that the wider team needs support with.
- Respond to queries from our Driver Training inboxes
- Taking ownership of our booking platform
- Contact with the instructor network & clients / customers to help resolve issues with course bookings.
- Manage all head office team travel requirements & training location booking for ad-hoc training courses.
- Manage the annual roadshow booking calendar, locations and team travel requirements.
- provide additional training to new instructors joining the AA network.
**About you**
Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role and you are an enthusiastic and proactive individual. You have great attention to detail, a strong communicator and can easily build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (pivot table and v-lookup experienced preferred) & computer literacy and comfort with new/changing technology
- Full NZ driver's licence
- A high level of resilience, a strong work ethic & a desire to succeed
