The Import Administrator will manage all aspects of the company’s import operations, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods. This role is critical to maintaining smooth supply chain processes and compliance with New Zealand customs regulations.

Minimum 30 hours guaranteed with a pay rate ranging between $33.00-$38.00 an hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the import of goods from international suppliers into New Zealand.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate import documentation.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
- Monitor shipment progress, track delivery schedules, and report any discrepancies.
- Support internal teams with inventory management and stock reconciliation.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum level 4 qualification in Business, International Trade, or Logistics or Previous 2-3 years experience in import operations, trade administration, or supply chain management.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of New Zealand customs procedures and import compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficient.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
