We have a vacancy for a Pre-Employment Administrator. It is an awesome opportunity for a customer care focused administrator to join New Zealand's fastest growing workplace health company based in our Hamilton office.

Working in our online system to book in and coordinate Pre-employment Medical Checks as well as providing our clients with health outcomes upon completion of a pre-employment screens.

Direct contact with our clients’ job applicants includes organising online health questionnaires, scheduling in their physical medical check appointments, subsequent analysis and interpretation of results, communication back to our clients’ and some monthly KPI reporting to key clients of monthly workflows.

This is an important and pivotal role within Life Care Consultants. You will have a high level of contact with some of our most important corporate clients. We are looking for someone that can do our name proud and help us to develop and grow this part of our business. Ideally you will have:

- Experience and aptitude in working through cloud-based online systems.
- Professional and effective phone manner, keen to pick up the phone, make the call, pleasant and patient, and engage with applicants to get the job done.
- Experience with scheduling appointments.
- Organised, highly efficient, an eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to stay calm in a busy and fast-moving environment.
- Proactive with a real 'can do' attitude, able to support and assist the clients’ recruitment officers as well.
- Ability to work alone on own workflows, within a busy office environment.
- The kind of person who can show initiative and bring solutions to everyday challenges.
- Experience working in a health-based environment and with a keen interest in health preferred.
- Energetic, friendly and team oriented, looking to contribute to an already successful team.
