**Role Purpose**:
To develop positive relationships while providing point of sales services and products that will assist with the efficient and effectiveness of sales driven from internal and external sales channels whilst maximizing profitability, opportunity and efficiencies of the Team, Branch, Region and Group.

To implement the existing management of Health & Safety and Human Resource requirements and the relevancy to the company and its compliance through all branches.

To create and manage all deliverables for clients and maximizing their engagement while developing and implementing effective strategies designed to maximize profitable opportunities within the Branch, Region and Group.

**Key Relationships**:
The Branch Manager will work closely with and maintain strong positive relationships with:

- Management
- Branch Operational Staff
- Branch Managers
- Sales Teams
- Vendors (existing and potential)
- Customers (existing & potential)

**Key Objectives**:

- The Branch Manager is responsible for
- Managing purchasing requirements within the existing purchasing budgets while maximizing returns to the branch
- Management of the individual branch stock and maintenance of acceptable levels
- Create strong relationships with all key staff
- Create brand, branch, support service and point of sale consistency through the Group
- Maximizing engagement to assist sales with the assistance of other branches and all point-of-sale staff
- Form relationships and offer support to staff while complimenting each other and the offerings they both supply to clients
- Identify key roles within the branch and who fits those profiles roles and requirements
- Make sure all H.R tasks by the branch staff are completed, reviewed regularly, and update
- Assisting in achievement of annual budgeted sales targets and margins for the Branch, Region and Group
- Management of allocated accounts
- Maximizing sales opportunities across the Group as a whole
- Maximizing sales potential of any designated clients allocated to the role
- Identifying new opportunities that align with strategic planning

**Key Accountabilities Include**:

- Develop consistency for the branch and their deliverables to clients
- Annual planning, forecasting, analyzing data on expenses and manage forecasting and stock replenishments
- Facilitation and achievement of the budgets and K.P.I’s targets
- Constantly investigate supply and source of products (including exclusives) beneficial to our point of sale, sales staff, clients and provide relevant information to the group supply channel where required
- Implement and enforce new policy, design, direction, and engagement as is required by the Group
- Create and enforce strong relationships between staff and clients allowing engagement and solution solving where required making sure policy and procedures are adhered to while doing so
- Ensure systems are in place to identify new opportunity’s and they are followed up on when requested
- Engage with clients where relevant to identify issues around problems seen within the Branches or any of the existing channels that affect clients
- Ensuring that the Company has knowledge of the potential business volumes of all existing, new, and potential products, including information through use of the Company ERP and existing systems
- To ensure timely effective solutions for all branch and group requirements
- Support Group marketing initiatives including new product launches and develop planning to support sales activities
- Driving a solid branch, staff, and customer service attitude through the branch
- Mentoring, coaching and development of key direct reports
- To compliment and assist with the overall Group strategic goals
- Facilitate the hiring and training of all Branch staff
- Ensuring that the channel works cross functionally with branches and executives from other channels
- Any additional tasks deemed necessary by your direct report.

- The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
- The ability to work quickly to tight deadlines under pressure
- Ability to communicate information effectively to a wide range of internal/external contacts and the appropriate business channels.
