Working flexibly, you will work 25 hours per week with core hours between 9.30am and 2.00pm with lunch time managed within the team to ensure the office is always operational. As our Downer Branch Administrator, you will work as part of the Timaru team to:

- Ensure administration functions within the office are carried out to a consistently high standard, making sure that we are meeting or exceeding the needs of our internal and external customers
- Continually strive for continuous improvement in our systems and processes
- Assist the Contract Administrator

- Experience of providing good quality administration support
- A collaborative, confident and friendly approach
- Ability to work flexibly when required by the needs of the business
- Good communication skills and be customer focused
- A great team ethic and positive attitude to match the office culture
- Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar finance management package would be an advantage
- Some experience with RAMM Contractor would be an advantage
