The role will report directly to the Team Leader. You will have the opportunity to use your solid organisational and administrative skills to provide process support, ensuring the smooth running of our end-to-end consenting processes for our resource consent department. This is a customer-focused role that will allow you to be part of our hardworking and supportive team environment. You will also be involved in the important behind-the-scenes work that ensures data integrity, accuracy, and consistent delivery of high-quality service. Day-to-day you could expect to work on: - Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of system data, including data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting. - Ensuring requests for information are managed effectively and deadlines are met. - Demonstrating an inquisitive mindset, you will know what to look for and when to seek out information to ensure thorough completion of tasks.
