**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
Auckland Council’s Regulatory Services division is looking for a motivated permanent full time Regulatory Support Officer. You will play a vital part in providing process support to the Regulatory Engineering Consent team. Through attention to detail and accuracy, you will be conveying and collating information in relation to the receipt, recording, and issuing of Engineering consents, and associated financial transactions. As well as offering administrative support to Engineers and specialists.
**He kōrero mōu: About you**
You will be a resilient person with a focus on customer-centric delivery. This means providing prompt and accurate responses to all customer queries. Essential to this role will be the ability to thrive under pressure, juggle competing priorities all while working within timelines and targets.
This team works collaboratively therefore your experience building and maintaining relationships will be key.
