To organize and oversee the despatch processes for The Produce Company's despatch division to ensure deliveries are coordinated effectively.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure despatch systems and plans are all organized for
maximum efficiency.
- Resolve any issues which may result from the deliveries
and develop plans to ensure they are minimized.
- Coordinate the despatch process, account for any abrupt
changes to delivery schedule, and ensure high customer
service standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist the Dispatch manager with overseeing dispatch
team.
- Assist the dispatch manager with implementing innovative
- solutions to changes in delivery plans and ensure
contingency plans can be implemented.
- Assist the Despatch manager with monitoring, identifying
and improving the despatch loading process. Perform the
final check on the quality of all deliveries dispatched.
- Ensure all incidents related to quality, unexpected
deliveries and other outstanding issues are recorded.
- Assist the Despatch manager in organising incident
records, develop and implement alternative plans to
resolve issues.
- Ensure despatch productivity is maximized and
collectively increases the growth of the business and
aligns with the company's objectives.
- Consider options for marketing strategies and evaluate
the possibility of implementing these strategies based on
the current levels of output.
- Consider and provide suggestions for the improvement of
marketing plans based on the relevant insight for the
allocateddepartment.
- Relieve any absent drivers to ensure despatch
requirements are met, ensure customer service prioritized.
- Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time as
assigned by the employer.

**GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
- Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest
importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
- Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Responsibly manage all business resources within
accountability levels.
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this Job Description and all other duties as required by the business.
- Comply with all employment obligations.
- Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given.
- Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business' best interests.
- During work time, and such other times as may be reasonably required, dedicate all effort to the execution and fulfilment of the duties, responsibilities, obligations and instructions related to employment.
- Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work when undertaking work or observing others in the workplace.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
- Relevant qualification (Level 2)or 1 year of relevant
work experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Education and Training.
- First Response.

**Other Details**:
Minimum work hours : 30 per week
Remuneration - $30 Per hour
