Our Opportunity
Reporting to the Dispatch Team Leader
- the purpose of this role is to ensure that the day to day functional operational requirements, specifically inventory management and order processing, is achieved.

**Key accountabilities of the role include**:

- Coordinating releasing, marshaling, and deliveries through overseeing the processing of customer orders.
- Ensure all outgoing stock are packed on time taking into consideration safety and Quality.
- Managing and resolving occupational health and safety and environmental issues.
- Communicate accurate and timely information to all stakeholders.
- Managing drivers and ensuring full compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements.
- Proactively review shift performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Developing a safety first and continuous improvement culture.
- Problem solve by responding to issues that are of immediate operational concern with a solution focus.
- Oversee the returns process to ensure the appropriate actions are taken.
- Assist with regular cycle counts and stock takes.
- Champion operating automation packing and storage robots using a warehouse control system.

Shift Available

**Day shift**: Wed 12pm -7.15pm, Thur to Sat 7am-7.15pm

**Hourly Rate**: $28 p/h
About You
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or team Leader with the ability to motivate others.
- Sound analytic skills and ability to read reports
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong people skills, including a strong ability to communicate
- Good computer skills
- Physically fit and able to operate warehouse automation equipment with proper training.
- Ability to drive a forklift is desirable.
- Knowledge in SAP and WMS or similar systems is desirable.
- A strong safety focus.
