**The Opportunity**:
Food Sample Testing is one of the biggest services AsureQuality provides to local food growers and producers. This a vital service for helping ensure high food quality and safety standards in Aotearoa. This involves us collecting, processing & testing one million food samples every year.

We a looking for a friendly, organised and helpful person to become a Dispatch Technician at our Food Testing Laboratory in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland.
Key tasks in this role include:

- Book in the jobs for collections of samples and allocating the jobs to our 4-5 delivery drivers.
- Help the team with picking and packing orders, plus loading the vehicles with packages.
- Order in supplies that you and the team will need for continuing smooth operations e.g. cleaning, packing and office supplies.
- Report all customer complaints and concerns to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Participate in audits and ensure customer's samples are dispatched within specified timeframes.
This is a full time permanent role, that will involve working 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
**About You**:
You will be eligible to do this role if you have the following:

- Prior employment experience within a busy & fast paced role, ideally within Dispatch, Coordination and/or phone based customer service.
- Great customer service and organization / coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
