**The work**:
Working alongside the corporate commercial partners, the work is high quality there will be scope to work across a broad range of topics. Although this is an Auckland based role it comes with exciting opportunities to collaborate with corporate partners in other offices.
- Have a broad knowledge of corporate and commercial matters.
- Have at least two years experience as a corporate commercial lawyer.
- Have a desire to deliver great results.
- Be an excellent communicator with a client focused approach.
- Have a strong academic record.
