We are seeking expressions of interest from talented Solicitors to join our tight-knit Auckland Corporate team. You will have at least 2+ years’ exposure within corporate and commercial work already, and evidence a keen interest in progressing in the field.

As a member of our Corporate team you will be working with leaders in their field. You will work under the supervision of highly-experienced Partners, and will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions including private mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, capital raisings and reorganisations. You won’t get a better opportunity than this to work with the best and grow in this field.

Particular exposure to M&A or ECM transactions is desirable, with corporate law experience necessary. You’ll have a strong academic record, a passion for the specialisation and the motivation to succeed in a busy, dynamic and focused team.

**Relevant skills and experience required**:

- 2 years + PQE
- Impeccable academic record
