Our client is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join their busy Rotorua team
The primary purpose of this role is to support our client’s vision, values and its District and Annual Plans through providing administrative support and assistance in the coordination of innovative and pro-active corporate-focused learning development activities and initiatives, including e-Learning development.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive support for the Learning & Development team.
- Developing, maintaining, reviewing, and refining administrative processes.
- Completing various administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, within timeframes.
- Planning and coordinating the development of services and programmes to meet customer and organisational needs, as required.
- Undertaking applicable Learning & Development project work.
- Cooperating and communicating openly with other departments within the organisation.
- Facilitating, assisting in training, and orientation.
- Updating the Learning & Development organisational calendar of training events.
Applicants for this role must have MS Office and data base skills, strong administrative skills, and experience in report writing. Great communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
