Human Resources Administrator

Our client in Rotorua is looking for a Human Resources Administrator.
**Position Summary**
- To assist the Human Resources Manager and provide generalist HR assistance with the day to day co-ordination of the Company’s compliance & HR management program and to assist the Company in meeting all relevant regulatory requirements.
- To support learning, development and training relating to the People & Compliance function.
- Assist in the development of standardised processes within key areas and deliver training relating to same, to relevant stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications and experience would include**
- Tertiary Education and/or a minimum 3 years Human Resources experience.
- Excellent computer and keyboard skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and sensitively (verbally and in writing).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Adaptability/flexibility to accommodate change and provide services to meet customer needs.
- Excellent time management/organisational/projects skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised, be self motivated and use initiative.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR systems.
- Robust knowledge of all Human Resources related processes and employment legislation.
- Learning and Development experience including training needs analysis, organising and delivering training.
